Approach
Our role is to help you increase the internal strength
of your organization and create new business opportunities. We offer
a variety of approaches, always based on a collaborative assessment
of your company’s operations and human capital. With a focus
on a sustainable future, we work together to maximize the use of
existing talent and develop necessary resources for greater success.
The length of our engagement varies according to your needs and
is based on specific outcomes negotiated as we initiate our working
relationship.
Our services include:
Building Business Strength Assessment
Based on the initial issues you have identified, we assess the development
of your organization and present operating dynamics, including individual
interviews and analysis of performance metrics. We provide specific
recommendations for action that can be used as a basis for strategic
planning or other action.
Strategic Development & Implementation
We collaborate with your organization to analyze options for future
growth, including the impact on your business. We focus on using
existing resources in innovative ways, especially options for maximizing
employee abilities, involvement and performance. We can also assist
with strategy implementation, emphasizing objective indicators of
success.
Business Development
We can assist you with the development of new business revenue and
contracts. Typically this involves an analysis of current revenue
sources and strategies for maximizing existing sources prior to
pursuing new revenue and contracts which are consistent with your
organization’s mission. Measurable outcomes are created to
guide the evaluation of our strategy.
Executive Coaching
We provide executive coaching based on goals and objectives negotiated
with the executive or manager. Our coaching is oriented toward enhancing
executive performance, internal working relationships and customer
satisfaction. We focus on measurable skill improvement and outcomes
for the organization, as well as the professional and personal development
of the individual executive.
Turnaround Assistance
We offer turnaround assistance to organizations in crisis and in
need of immediate intervention. Assessment and planning procedures
are expedited to stabilize a division or the entire company so that
it can move forward productively. In selected situations we can
provide an intensive, on-site presence with interim management for
a transition to longer term executive leadership.
Training
We provide training in a variety of areas, customized to the organization’s
needs. Training can include time management, basics of supervision,
team development, increasing employee involvement, and open book
management, among other professional topics. If we can’t meet
your specific need, we will refer you to another qualified resource
at no expense to your organization.
Other Specialized Consultation
We negotiate specialized consultation for organizations, including
individual employee assessment, expert witness evaluation and professional
writing. Your inquiries in these areas are welcomed. As with training
and our other services, we will help you find a qualified resource
if we cannot provide the service.
